Rules & Regulation

  1. Submission dibuka tanggal 7 Juni – 17 Juli 2022 pukul 23:59 tanpa dipungut biaya apapun atau gratis.
    Submission is open from June 7 to July 17, 2022 at 23:59. FREE.
  2. Karya yang dikirimkan adalah karya non-fiksi dengan durasi minimal 3 menit dan maksimal 10 menit.
    Submitted videos are non-fiction works with a minimum duration of 3 minutes and a maximum of 10 minutes.
  3. Pengambilan gambar harus menggunakan smartphone, bukan menggunakan kamera profesional. Peserta wajib menyertakan jenis smartphone yang dipakai.
    Shooting should be using a smartphone, not using a professional camera. Participants must include the type of smartphone used.
  4. Diperbolehkan menggunakan alat pendukung, seperti tripod, drone, audio eksternal, dan lain-lain.
    It is allowed to use supporting tools, such as tripods, drones, external audio, and others.
  5. Video tidak mengandung unsur pornografi dan SARA.
    The video does not contain elements of pornography and racistm.
  6. Peserta bertanggung jawab atas keaslian video yang dikirimkan. Jika menggunakan footage, audio, dan musik orang lain, wajib mencantumkan izin tertulis.
    Participants are responsible for the authenticity of the submitted video. If using other people’s footage, audio, and music, it must include written permission.
  7. Karya belum pernah dikontestasikan dalam acara festival manapun.
    The work has never been submitted in any festival event.
  8. Komite Watchdoc Festival berhak mendiskualifikasi video peserta sebelum dan sesudah proses kurasi apabila dianggap tidak memenuhi ketentuan.
    The Watchdoc Festival Committee reserves the right to disqualify participants’ videos before and after the curation process if they are deemed not to meet the conditions.
  9. Keputusan kurator bersifat mutlak dan tidak dapat diganggu gugat.
    The decision of the curator is absolute and cannot be contested.
  10. Format karya dalam spesifikasi teknis berikut :
    • Landscape atau Portrait
    • Codec H264;
    • Resolusi minimal HD (1280 x 720);
    • Format: .mp4 atau .MOV
      Format of the work in the following technical specifications :
    • Landscape or Portrait
    • Codec H264;
    • Minimal resolution HD (1280 x 720);
    • Format: .mp4 or .MOV
  11. Karya dikirimkan dalam bentuk link platform online seperti Google Drive; WeTransfer.com; atau Dropbox.com.
    Videos are submitted in the form of links to online platforms such as Google Drive; WeTransfer.com; or Dropbox.com.
